Dance With Lance periodically hosts its own special events designed around a signature, powerful blend of music. Some of these events include: Union of The Groove, A Mid-Winter's Night Ball, New Year’s Eve, Harvest Ball, Emerald Ball, Halloween costume parties, Rock The House, and Summer Garden Galas. Sometimes these are casual or more formal opportunities to go dancing at top hotels and venues in the area. Dance With Lance event-goers love to dance, and enthusiastically support the events through strong loyalty and word-of-mouth. These parties are perfect for singles and couples.

Since its inception, Dance With Lance has delivered customized disc jockey/mc performances and total event production for corporate and private clients. Clients include: Santander Bank, Thomas H. Lee Company, Target Logistics, Flybridge Partners, Highland Capital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Beth Israel Hospital, Boston Medical Center, Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. and Harvard Health Plan.
Dance With Lance was the principal entertainment at: The National Governor's Conference Harvard, Boston College, and MIT reunions Shady Hill School Centennial Celebration, Phillips Andover Academy reunions, and Bowerman's Beach Club Centennial--often large events with several hundred attendees enjoying our music. Charitable organizations such as: The Friends of The Public Garden Green & White Ball, Inner City Scholarship Fund (of The Catholic Schools Foundation), MS Cure Fund, Cambridge Community of Realtors Annual Fundraiser for Our Place Daycare of The Salvation Army, The West End House Boys and Girls Club, Ocean Community YMCA's Pink & Green fundraiser, and The Ally Foundation, have all engaged our services, featuring Dance With Lance music and MC/hosting/live auctioneering prominently at their most important, signature events. Similarly, Dance With Lance has been the entertainment choice for scores of weddings, dozens of Bar/Bat Mitzvah and birthday parties from (3 to 90 years!) each uniquely reflecting the tastes of the client.
Special Credits
Dance With Lance has also performed at, and consulted to, major nightspots in the Boston area and Cape Cod. Credits include the format design and promotional execution of “Discotheque Saturday Night” at Vincent’s Nightclub in Randolph. For Vincent's, Lance wrote and voiced some 24 :60 sec commercial spots aired on Boston's STAR 93.7FM, making "Discotheque Saturday Night: good for the body, great for the soul" a tag line known to thousands of listeners throughout the Boston area. Additionally, Lance has served as a music consultant for marketing campaigns and special events, including selecting music for a national television ad campaign for AutoNation. Dance With Lance, notably, has shared the stage with such national acts as The Four Tops, Tavares, The Trammps, and Gary U.S. Bonds. Lance has had the opportunity to produce major events such as the Harvard 25th Reunion and concerts featuring The Psychedelic Furs, English Beat and others. Performances in conjunction with bands such as Booty Vortex, The Marsels, No Static, Souled Out, the White Heat Orchestra, and Bo Winiker Orchestras have been perfect combinations at these special events. Kussell's love of classic cars also led to some extra work in the 2013 blockbuster American Hustle for himself and his '68 Ford Torino! Regardless of the audience, one thing is clear: Dance With Lance has delivered consistently outstanding performances for delighted audiences throughout the years.
